Waters: Choppy on the way to the usual spot, calmer near the fish farms

A's sister A2 and her husband came on board for the first time. A has long wanted them on board, together with her mum, K, but finding a day when all could make it was tough.
July 19 worked out. A's mum bailed, because she didn't fancy getting sunburned. She encouraged us "young people" to go ahead, so this became a double date. 😜 Everyone had a great time, though it was really hot. Better than rain, I suppose.
A2 and J are outdoorsy people by nature - they enjoy hikes and exercise by swimming, biking and yoga between them - so they totally "got" why C and A love to be out on the water, even though neither of them has swum very often off the boat or even fished.
